About Your Coach

Steady guidance for intentional journeys

My name is Joe, and I'm passionate about microdosing.  I've been microdosing since 2018, and decided to become a microdose coach after working with a coach myself.  I found that my coach really helped me take my practice to the next level - as I deepened my relationship with my chosen sacrament, fine tuned my approach, and learned to apply the benefits in more areas of my life.  I knew then that I wanted to support others in the same way along their own journeys.

I have worked with people from around the world, from all walks of life and with many different individual stories and goals.  While I'm a generalist, I have a particular affinity for working with:

  • Other members of the LGBTQ2SIA+ community
  • Men looking for supportive, positive masculine energy in a coaching relationship
  • People who have been diagnosed or identify as neurodivergent
  • Tech workers and corporate warriors dealing with burnout or facing career challenges in today's evolving workplace environments

My coaching style is calm, steady, supportive, and considered - with a touch of humour and lightness when appropriate.  I like to mix modalities like breathwork, visualisation, and movement practices into coaching sessions to create opportunities for holistic transformation and integration.

I would love to learn more about you and how we might develop a steady, supportive partnership designed to help you anchor your mind, navigate your choices, and live with total intent.

The importance of a steady helm

True transformation rarely arrives in a single, blinding insight. More often, it begins with a quiet decision to show up for yourself - again and again. The real work happens not in the peak moment, but in the patient, structured habits that follow: the regular movement or meditation practice, the honest conversation, the kind act, the gentle return to centre when life pulls you off course.

Lasting change is built in the small, repeated choices we make when no one is watching. It is the steady helm that keeps the ship on course through both calm seas and sudden storms. My role is to help you identify, design, and hold those daily structures, so that insight becomes embodied wisdom and intention becomes lived reality.

What to expect in our container

Our work together is built on a single principle: You Are Our North Star. This means you will be met with active, attuned listening - not problem-solving from a distance, but a genuine, co-created space where your experience is heard and honoured.

Everything shared within our sessions is held in strict confidentiality. My role is to serve as a steady co-navigator, offering considered perspectives and practical tools without judgment or agenda. The container we build is one of safety, self-care, and mutual respect - so you can show up fully, explore honestly, and move forward with clarity.

Professional Boundaries & Harm Reduction: Please note that my practice operates strictly within a coaching framework. I am a coach - not a psychotherapist, medical doctor, or mental health clinician. I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Furthermore, I operate strictly under harm-reduction principles; I do not distribute, sell, recommend, or facilitate the sourcing of illegal or controlled substances.
